SIMON KILPATRICK
Simon leads Praxis Movement and also works with the Home Mission Department Team of the Methodist Church, is part of a team leading a local church and part of a Chaplaincy Team in a local secondary school. Simon is married to Cheryl with three kids and living in Wicklow.

ANNE BAENZIGER
Anne has been living in Dublin since 2013 working with Praxis, YMCA Ireland Chaplaincy, and Breathe (MCI). She is passionate about building community, connecting people and helping to create change. She’s a cyclist, enjoys cinema and loves anything that makes Dublin better!

CLAIRE DOUGLAS
Claire is from Co. Monaghan. She is married to Craig and mum to Izzy. She has a background in design and mission work. She joined the Praxis & Forge Ireland teams in 2022.

GARETH MCLEAN
Gareth is married to Lara and they have 3 amazing kids, Karis, Archie and Lily. He believes God is inviting us to be part of his family and to partner with him in releasing his Kingdom. When he is not running, reading or drinking good coffee he has the privilege of leading an amazing gathering of people in Orangefield Presbyterian Church in Belfast.

LUCY HILL
Lucy, originally hails from Belfast but now lives in Dublin with her husband Ross. She is Director of Prayer for 24/7 Prayer Ireland, mum to her 3 girls and co-leads a church community as part of the 24/7 prayer movement. She is passionate about seeing young leaders equipped and especially seeing young women released to lead in the church in Ireland. Lucy also serves on the board of Tearfund Ireland and is currently completing a post grad in Theology.

JOHN OLIVER
John is married to Karen and they have two sons and a daughter. They live just outside Portadown, Co. Armagh in Northern Ireland. He has been a minister with Elim Pentecostal Churches since 2011 where he led church, was part of the Ignite team (pioneering/evangelism) and led the team who planted Hope Central in Omagh. He is passionate about movement and now leads New Ground Ireland whose mission is to pioneer various expressions of Church across Ireland.

ALAN MCWILLIAM
Alan is helping to replant Ruchazie Church of Scotland. He leads Cairn Movement and is the Director of Forge Europe. Diane and Alan have been married since 1988 and have two sons.
COURSE CONTRIBUTORS

SAM MOORE
Sam trains, coaches and equips leaders for mission with Innovista. He is an activist, loves a good rant and is an aspiring allotment gardener. Over the last year he has been involved in campaigns for green space and a liveable city in Dublin 8 where he lives with his young family and is involved in leadership in St Catherines church.

ANA MULLAN
Ana was born in Argentina and is married to Seán and she has been living in Ireland for 37 years. Involved in church planting and church leadership for 22 years in Cork and Dublin. The last 10 partly involved in a social enterprise called Third Space in Dublin. She has a BA in Applied Theology from Irish Bible Institute and Diploma in Spiritual direction from Milltown Institute. She is also an artist and likes to use art as a way of helping others to experience God. She is the mother of three adult children and grandmother to three gorgeous girls.

RICK HILL
Rick Hill works for the Presbyterian Church in Ireland and is passionate about equipping churches in the areas of Discipleship and Leadership. He is married to Sarah and they have 2 young boys – Noah and Micah. Rick is also an elder in Carnmoney Church near Belfast, enjoys running marathons and endures supporting Spurs.

ANN MARIE KERR
Ann Marie is the Dublin trainer with Innovista Ireland. She is passionate about releasing vision in others. In her role she provides, training, coaching and facilitation to leaders and teams. She and her husband Seamus are Vineyard church planters in Dublin. They have three adult children, who they love hanging out with. She has a lot of experience in church leadership & development, and has a degree in Computer Science (UCD).
